FAQ

How should I prepare for my appointment?

There's not much for you you to do! After you have confirmed you appointment, my only request is you come with clean hair, so I have a blank canvas to work on. Our natural hair oils and products can get in the way of the color and lightner and make it harder to penetrate the hair cuticle.

Is it safe to color my hair if I'm pregnant?

That is something I tell every client to discuss with their OBGYN. I always use up to date color technology in a well ventilated area. If you feel comfortable, I am happy to do it.

** I do not provide keratin treatments on pregnant women.**

This is a frequently asked question #3?

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

What happens if my hair didn't come out as expected?

If on the off chance there was a miscommunication about the expectation of your results, I have a five day policy in place. You have five days to reach out to me via email (debbroomebeauty@gmail.com) and we can have a chat to come up with a solution. This is why my consultations are very in depth.
